Pleasantville Community Television
This exciting, immersive day camp is designed for kids in 5th to 8th grade, with a student-to-teacher ratio of approximately 5:1. Students will have the opportunity to explore media production (film and editing), stop motion, green screen special effects, puppet making and puppetry, and music video creation. We might even air our creations on TV! Campers will also participate in improv games and on-camera performance training including acting and sports broadcasting. Each day, we visit the park for outdoor games. Extended care, both early and late, can be arranged with counselors for an additional fee. All counselors are trained in basic first aid and CPR.
Camp will be at our studio in Pleasantville from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Session 1: Aug. 19-23 — $400
Session 2: Aug. 26-29 — $350
(Please note Session 2 is only four days: Monday-Thursday.)
If you are interested in signing your child up for both sessions, please register for both separately.
*NOTE: SESSION 1 NO LONGER AVAILABLE
